HR & Social Responsibility Manager -South Africa

Our client is currently seeking an HR & Social Responsibility Manager -Northern Cape

Responsibilities

Implementation of HR strategy including recruitment, Org. integration, statutory compliance and Management reporting
Informational reporting on data such as staff turnover etc.
Ensure policies & procedures are legally compliant
Succession plan for departments as well as manage payroll
Develop and manage HR strategies in line with business
Manage Social & Labour Plan efforts as well as promote and support sustainable development within the community organizations
Establish a Social & Labour Forum as well as monitoring of its performance
Oversee project implementations and stakeholder engagements
Attend Municipal meetings as company representative
Implement an Internship, Skills Development and Bursary Plan program

Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences/human resources
Full scope of experience in management of a Human Resources Teams in all HR activities
Strong employee relations experience and experience in unionized environments
Proficiency in MS Office
10 years human resources experience with more than 5 at senior management within the mining environment
